If you wish to return merchandise, please do so by using one of the following guidelines.

In-Store Returns
Present the merchandise to an associate at your area Vanity with the original receipt or gift receipt.

By-Mail Returns
Please retain a copy of the original receipt or gift receipt. The merchandise should be packed in the original shipping box with the original receipt or gift receipt included in the shipment. Attach the included Vanity address label on the box, and mail to the address as printed on the enclosed label.

Vanity ships UPS ground service, unless otherwise requested. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Rush, Overnight, and Saturday deliveries are available, please contact our office at 843-448-2700 for rates. Standard shipping charges do not apply to international deliveries, please contact our office for rates.
